This product is a new generation of dust removal unit developed on the basis of the original multi-cylinder dust removal unit. After nearly one year of efforts in 2002, the SYZH series cone-shaped toroidal dust-removing unit was successfully developed and started production in June 2003. The first stage of the cone ring dust removal unit is a disc pre-filter for separating and collecting fibrous impurities; the second stage is a cone-shaped ring dust collector for fine filtering of the air that has been filtered. The product features a more reasonable structure and a simple and efficient transmission mechanism. Positive or negative pressure operation is possible.
Features
According to the principle of fluid mechanics, the amount of filtered air is constant, and the larger the filtration area, the smaller the flow rate of the fluid passing through the filter material, so that the dust does not easily penetrate the filter material, and the dust concentration of the finally discharged air meets the national environmental protection requirements. And the filtration resistance is greatly reduced, saving energy consumption.
After long-term research and development, the company has improved from single-sided filter material to double-sided filter material, which has doubled the filtration area. The improved dust removal equipment adopts a cone-and-loop double-sided vacuuming method to make the filtering area large and the system resistance small; the product structure is novel, the operation is reliable, the filter material is replaced conveniently and quickly, and can be widely applied to cotton, wool, hemp, chemical fiber. The dust removal and air conditioning systems of the paper, tobacco, woodworking, polishing and other industries will purify the dusty air and meet the requirements for discharge or reuse.
