The horizontal filter separator consists of two sections. The first section consists mainly of a cylindrical glass fiber membrane filter press to form a filter section. The filter element is mounted on a tube plate with a support. Each support of the tube plate has a Z shape. Or an X-shaped support rod, the filter element and its head pass through the support rod and are firmly fixed to the tube sheet by bolts. Then fix the free end of the filter element with the fixing frame, and disassemble, clean and replace the filter element by disassembling the fixing frame and the bolt. The second paragraph is the separation section. A high-efficiency wire mesh cushion separating and defogging and coalescing device composed of stainless steel wire mesh is installed in the separation section, and a filter plate is separated from the separation section by a tube plate. The lower part of the filter separator is a liquid storage tank. Corresponding to the filtration and separation sections, the liquid separated by the filtration section and the separation section respectively enters the liquid storage tank through the respective downcomers. Solids and free droplets larger than 10 μm in the raw material gas remain on the outer surface of the filter element and cannot enter the filter element. The solid particles remaining on the outer surface of the filter element gradually form a filter cake. Under the action of the gas flow, the filter cake usually accumulates and falls to the bottom of the container, and the solid particles accumulated on the filter element increase the pressure drop when the pressure drop reaches When the specified value (0.08 MPa) is used, the filter element is cleaned or replaced.
The natural gas first enters the feed air cavity, and the gas first hits the support tube supporting the filter element (avoiding the airflow directly impacting the filter element, causing the filter material to be damaged in advance), and the larger solid-liquid particles are initially separated and under the action of gravity Settle to the bottom of the container (slave regularly from the drain). Then, the gas is filtered from the outside to the coalescing filter element, and the solid particles are trapped by the filter medium, and the liquid particles gradually aggregate and grow on the inner surface of the filter element due to the coalescence function of the filter medium. When the droplet reaches a certain size, it will fall off from the inner surface due to the impact of the airflow and enter the inner flow passage of the filter element and then enter the sinking and discharging chamber. In the effluent chamber, the larger liquid beads are separated by gravity sedimentation. In addition, there is a separation element at the sinking and discharging chamber, which can effectively collect the droplets to prevent the entrainment of the outlet droplets. The separation effect is further improved, and finally the clean gas flows out of the filter separator. As the gas throughput increases, the particles deposited on the filter element will cause an increase in the pressure difference of the filter. When the pressure difference rises to a specified value (read from the differential pressure gauge), the filter element has been severely blocked and should be replaced in time. . The filter separator replacement pressure difference is not higher than 0.08Mpa.
